Miss Mildred E. Galt and Mr. Henry L. Roberts were quietly married at the 
residence of Mrs. M. C. Galt in Canton last Tuesday afternoon, Rev. A. B. 
Vaughan, officiating.  Only a few of the most intimate friends and relatives 
of the contracting parties were present. Mr. Roberts is one of the county's 
leading merchants and has been in business several years at Cherokee Mills, 
and the bride is one of Canton's most accomplished and lady-like young women.  
The marriage is a most propitious one, and both are to be congratulated upon 
their wise selection.  May joy, peace and prosperity attend them through life.
