Married, At the residence of Dr. L. B. Johnson, the bride's father, on 
Tuesday last, at 8 a.m., by J. P. Smeltzer, D.D., Mr. W. P. Reid to Miss 
Lena Johnson.  We learn that the presents wee numerous and of elegant 
design, and we unite with the many friends of this happy young couple in 
wishing them a long life, crowned with heaven's richest blessings.--Keowee, 
(S.C.) Courier.

Married, at the residence of the bride's father, Walhalla, S.C., on Tuesday 
morning, October 27, 1885, by Rev. J. P. Smeltzer, D. D., Mr. Wm P. Reid and 
Miss Lena Johnson, daughter of Dr. L. B. Johnson.  The bride has many 
friends in Anderson, and the groom being a native of this county, of course 
many of our readers will join us in extending hearty congratulations to tthe 
happy couple and wishing for them a long life of happiness & prosperity. ---
