Mr. Wm. Davis, sheriff of one of the south-eastern counties of Texas, and Miss 
Georgia C. Sherman, sister of Dr. W. H. Sherman, of Hickory Flat, were married 
last Wednesday evening by Rev. N. N. Edge.  We wish for them a long life of 
happiness.
