Hope it helps someone. LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF S.P. COX, GEORGIA CHEROKEE COUNTY (Drawer13, Box 17, Page 380 at the Georgia State Archives): I, Samuel P. Cox of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament. First: I give, bequeath and devise to my wife, Martha COX and her three young children Lela COX and Lula COX and Emma COX the following property to wit: My entire farm of land of 11o acres know by Nos. 1106, Eleven hundred and six, ten acres of 1107 eleven hundred and seven, and 1055 one thousand and fifty five, lying and being in the 15th district and 2nd Section of said county, free from all charges or limitation whatever to her own proper use during the life time of the said Marth COX or widow-hood; if said Martha COX was to die before my children is raised, said children is to have the said lands until they are twenty-one years old; then said lands and property shall be sold and equally divided between my lawful heirs. I also give and bequeath to my wife Martha COX and three young children all of my other property consisting in mule and wagon and buggy, cows, and hogs, all all other property not mentioned in said will for their own use. I hereby constitute and appoint my son J.A. COX Executor of this my last will and Testament. This the 25th day of June 1891, Samuel P. Cox, Signed, declared and published by Samuel P.
