WHEELER, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, deem it right and proper that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind Providence has plessed me. I therefore make this my last Will and Testament. Item 1st: I give and bequeath my wife Mary Ann, all the property I have, both real and personal, and hereby empower her to sell any or all of it as she sees fit. Item 2nd: I hereby appoint Robert J.
