I devise, bequeath, and dispose therefore in the following to wit. First, my will is that all my just debts and funeral expense shall be paid out of my estate by my executors herein after named as soon after my decease as shall by them be convent. Item First: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Ollie Williams all my household furniture and all my real estate composed of land, 20 acres more or less, No. 680, No. 689, No.. 762, four acres more or less No. 752, No. 751 three acres more or less of No. 679, and 20 acres more or less of No. 761, situated, lying and being in the 3rd District and section of said county to have and to hold the same during her natural life or widowhood, and all the rents, profits and revenue arising therefrom for the same period of time. At the death of my beloved wife, Ollie, or in the event of her marriage, I give devise, and bequeath to my sons, James Madison Williams and Thomas Jefferson Williams Lots of land No.752 and No. 761 situated, lying and being in the 3rd District and 2nd section of said county to have and to hold the same and the profits, incomes, and advantages that may result therefrom after decease or widowhood of my beloved wife., Ollie Williams. The remainder of the above lots and parts of lots I give, devise, and bequeath to my daughters, Rebecca Carolina Williams, Sarah Elizabeth and Altzeany Abi Williams to have and to hold the same to them and their heirs and assigns and all the profits and incomes that may arise therefrom after the decease or widowhood of my beloved Wife Ollie Williams. All the remainder and residue of my estate both real and personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed)possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the Time of my decease, I give, devise, and bequeath to be equally divided among my said sons, Henry B. Williams, Joseph Washington Williams, John Lewis Williams, Berry Holcombe Williams, Polly Ann Shelly, Eliza Catherine Fowler. And lastly, I do nominate and appoint my said sons, Henry Briggs Williams and Joseph Washington Williams to be the executors of my this last will and testament In testimony whereof I, the said Zebulon Williams have this my last Will and Testament Contained one sheet of letter paper and to the same have subscribed in the year of our Lord, One thousand eight hundred and seventy four (1874). Zebulon Williams Signed, Sealed, And published and declared by the said Zebulon Williams as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us whom at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses there to: John B. Richards, John A. Donald Larkin Smith, J.P. Will was filed August 11,1879 Will recorded October 8, 1879. O.W. Putnam, Ordinary, Courthouse Cherokee County, Canton, Georgia Cherokee County, Georgia Letters of Testimony Book Page 103 By O.W. Putnam, Ordinary for said county. Know all men whom it may concern that on October 6, 1879 the Last Will and Testament of Zebulon Williams, deceased, at the time of his death a resident of said county, was legally proven in common form. A copy of which is annexed, duly certified, and on October 6, 1879 at a Regular Term of the Court of Ordinary said will was admitted to record by Order and Henry B. Williams one of the named Executor in said said will allowed to qualify and upon so doing Letters Testamentary ordered to be issued to them as such Executors. Now therefore the said Henry B. Williams having taken the oath of Office and Complied with all the necessary prerequisites of the law is legally authorized to discharge all the duties of an Executor on the will of said deceased according to the will and the law and he is hereby required to render a true and perfect inventory and appraisement of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits of said deceased and make a return of them to the Ordinary of Cherokee County and further to report annually to the same Officer the situation of said Estate, his actings, and doings until his Executorship is fully discharged.
