Williams I, Joseph W. Williams of said state and county, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament. Item 1: It is my will that my executor pay, all my debts as soon as possible after my death. Item 2: It is my will, I earnestly desire that my estate, real and personal remain intact, in other words, unsold and be the property of my beloved wife, Margaret A. Williams, supervised and managed by her during her natural life, sided by my son Thomas E. Item 3: I will that after the death of my wife, my estate, real and personal, except lot of land number 906 upon which I live, one cow, one mule and a year's support for two, be sold by my executors and divided equally among my children, sale public or private as thought best by my executors. Item 4: The exceptions referred to in Item 3, I desire and will shall be the property of my two daughters Dora C. and Mary M. -- if they are unmarried at the death of my wife. It both should marry thereafter, then said property (is) to revert to my estate and be divided, equally among my heirs. If one only marry then the exceptions to belong to the other during her single life. Item 5: I do hereby appoint my son Thomas E. executor and my wife Margaret A. Executrix. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this January 17, 1907. Joseph W. Williams Signed and published by Joseph W. Williams as his last will and testament, in the presence of the undersigned who subscribe our names hereunto as witnesses at the instance and request of said testator, and in his presence and in the presence of each other this January 17, 1907.
