A copy of the last will and Testament of said decd was accordingly recorded and the Exor. Jouett Davenport returned the following Inventory & certificate from Oglethorp – Monday 4th March 1822 At a court of Ordinary held for the County of oglethorp and State of Georgia Present their honors. Wm. Lumpkin John Hardeman } Judges Christopher Bowen The last will & testament of Frances Davenport deceased was exhibited in court & proven by Wm Glenn Jun and Wm. Glenn Sen. & ordered to be recorded and Jouett Davenport was Sworn in as Executor to Said Will Ordered that Joiett Davenport Exor as above have leave to remove the Administration on the estate of the above named Deceased to the county of Clak in terms of the Law in such case made & provided. Georgia } Oglethorp County} I Matthew Rainey Clerk of the Court of ordinary for Said County do hereby Certify the above to be a true copy from the records of my office Given under my hand & Seal of office this 6th day of March 1822 Matthew Rainey CCO [INVENTORY APPRAISAL] Georgia Clarke County } We the Commissioners appointed by order of the Court of Ordinary for Said County to divide the estate of Francis Davenport Decd do certify upon oath that we have made the division So far as respects Grant Roberts one of the legatees as right of his wife Frances Roberts, formerly Frances Pass and that Said Roberts drew lot No 3 consisting of Julia a Girl about 13 Years of age valued at $325.00 and Cash $90.00 amounting to $415.00 given under our hands this 7th day of Feby 1826. Lot No 2. Consisting of Riley a boy about 17 years of age valued at $400.00 and Lucy a child about 11 months of age valued to 100.00 $500.00 drawn by Mary Devenport of Clark County. Lot No3 consisting of Sarah Ann a Girl about 13 years old valued to $300.00 and Joshua a boy about 3 years of age valued at 150.00 $450.00 drawn by Mary Davenport of Oglethorpe County.
