WALLACE: _____ TO THE COURT OF ORDINARY OF CLARKE COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND TO HIS HONOR R. C. ORR, ORDINARY OF SAID COUNTY: GUARDIAN'S FINAL RETURN AND PETITION FOR DISCHARGE. Now comes Mrs. Rosa Wallace Cooper and respect- fully shows: -1- Petitioner who was formerly Mrs. Rosa Wallace made application for guardianship of the property of her two minor children, Willie Maud Wallace and John Wesley Wallace, by her former husband, T. W. Wallace, and was duly appointed as their guardian by this Honorable Cour at the September term, 1913, at which time she was then Mrs. Rosa Wallace, but since her said appointment, she married W. T. Cooper. -2- Petitioner after having qualified as guardian for her two children, Willie Maud Wallace and John Wesley Wallace, did receive from the legal representative of the estate of their father, T. W. Wallace, late of said county, deceased, their distributive share in their father's estate, the sum of Thirteen Hundred Seventy Two and 68/100 $1372.68) Dollars for each of said wards. #-----3rd page -3- The said Willie Maud Wallace and John Wesley Wallace have reached their legal majority. -4- Petitioner has paid over to the said Willie Maud Wallace and John Wesley Walace all of the fund that I came into petitioner's hands as their guardian and has made a full settlement with them as will fully appear by reference to vouchers duly executed by them and hereto attached as Ehibits "A" and "B". -5- Petitioner having fully discharged the trust im- osed upon her as guardian as aforesaid prays that this her final return be filed and approved by the Court and tht ciration do issue requiring all persons to show cause, if any they have, why she should not be discharged as guardian as aforesaid, and her sureties released and that approrpaite judgment of dismissal be entered in this pro- ceeding. Wallace, late of Clarke County, State of Georgia, U.S. A., deceased, acknowledge that we have received from our mother, Mrs. Rosa Wallace Cooper, a full and complete settlement of all ofour interest in and to our father, T. W. Wallace's estate, and that she has paid us all of the money that she received from our father's estate as guardian, which is covered by a security deed that our mother ececuted, to herself and recorded in Deed Book 16, Page 481, in the Ceark's office of the Superior Court of Clarke County, Gedorgia. The said Willie Maude Wallace has heretofore signed a cancellation of said deed after reaching her majrofity, and the said John Wesley Wallace is not sui juris. This ___ day of November, 1931.
