For the Good will that I have for my Daughter Nancy BRAZWEL 
(name unreadable)  I this Day voluntarily and freely give to her  
(words unreadable) Jenny about five years old together with all her 
increase .  viz ness my hand and seal this 10th day of October in 
the year 1801.
