		This indenture made this __ day of December in the year of our Lord One
Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Two between Eliza Gann of the said county and
state of the one part and Joseph Lee of the same county and state of the other part

Witnesseth, that the said Eliza Gann for and in consideration of the sum of
Ninty dollars to her in hand paid at and before the delivery and sealing of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed, and doth by these presents grant, bargain, sell
and convey to the said Joseph Lee his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel
of land, situate, lying and being in the County aforesaid in Barbers Creek
District adjoining lands of said Joseph Lee and others being a part of the tract
formerly belonging to William Gann d(ecease?)d containing five acres and lying
on the road leading by (Alex?) Gann to Princeton Factory. To have and to hold
said tract or parcel of land unto him the said Joseph Lee his heirs and assigns
together with all and singular, the rights members and appurtenances thereof to
the same in any manner belonging, to his and their own proper use, benefit and
behoof, forever in fee simple. 
And the said Eliza Gann for herself for her heirs executors and administrators
the said bargained premises unto the said Joseph Lee his heirs and assigns, will
warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and
against the claim of all other persons whatsoever
In Witness whereof the said Eliza Gann hath hereunto set her hand and affixed
her seal the day and year above written
