		Know all men by these presents that I Emma Kimbro of said state and county for
discerns good causes and considerations we hereunto moving have constituted and
appointed and by these presents do constitute and appoint Eliza Gann of the
County of Clarke and said State my true and lawful attorney in fact for me and
in say name and for my own use and benefit to bargain sell align and convey all
my right title and interest  the same being one undivided  ________ part thereof
in and to all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County and
State first aforesaid containing fifty acres more or less known as the Dower
land of Dolly Gann Decd  late and of William Gann Decd adjoining Jefferson
Jennings Joseph E Lee and others, and to execute to the purchaser or purchasers
 whereof good and lawful title in fee simple to the same. And to have and use
all lawful ways  and means in any name or otherwise that may be found proper in
the execution of the power of attorney. To do all lawful acts and things
whatever concerning the premises as fully in every respect as I myself might or
could do were I personally present at the doing thereof. Ratifying and allowing
and by these presents confirmed whatsoever my said attorney shall in my name
lawfully do in and about the premises by virtue of these presents 
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 16th day
of May, 1872
