Warrantee Deed from
W.G. Gann to J.A Rubenstein
State of Georgia
Clark County         This indenture made and entered into this sixth day of
                         January in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine
Hundred and Three between W.G. Gann of the County of Clark State of Georgia of
the first part and J.A. Rubenstein  of the County of Clark State of Georgia of
the second part; Witnesseth that the said W.G. Gann for and in consideration of
the sum of Five Hundred and Five dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold, aleined, conveyed, and confirmed, and by these
presents does grant, bargain, sell, alin, convey, and confirm unto the said J.A.
Rubenstein his heirs and assigns all that lot of land and the improvements
thereon in Athens Clark County Georgia beginning at the southeast intersection
of Bailey and Vineyard Streets and running thence east along the south margin of
said Vineyard Street 420 feet, thence south 190 feet, thence west parallel with
said Vineyard Street 420 feet, thence North along the east margin of Bailey
Street 190 feet to the beginning corner.  Said property is bounded on the north
by Vineyard Street, East by Bailey’s land, on the South by land of Howard, and
on the West by Bailey Street.
To have and to hold the said described property with all and singular the rights
members and appurtenances thereunto appertaining to the only proper use Benefit
and be hoof of him the said J.A. Rubenstein his heirs, executors,
administrators, and assigns in Fee Simple, and the said W.G. Gann the said
described property unto the said J.A. Rubenstein his heirs, executors,
administrators, and assigns against the said W.G. Gann his heirs, executors, and
administrators and against all and every other person or persons shall and will
warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents.
In witness whereof the said W.G. Gann has hereunto set his hand, and affixed his
seal, and delivered these presents this day and year first above written: Signed
