J. Lumpkin of the County and State aforesaid of the one part and Alfred Wyng of the same place of the other part, Witnesseth, That the Said L. J. Lumpkin for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty five Dollars, to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt thereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed, and does by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Alfred Wyng his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land, situate lying and being in said County beginning at a rock corner on the Danielsville road S 87 W along line between Collins and Wyng 11 chains to Stone Corner on Nowhere road thence down said road S 50 2.01 chains to a Stone Corner, thence N 87 E 8 ch 16 to Stone Corner on George J Booth line, thence down said line N 57 degrees 30 E to Corner on Danielsville road, thence down said road fifty five links to the beginning Corner, Containing two acres with all the rights members appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hold the aforesaid described lot of land unto him the said Alfred Wyng his heirs and assigns, together with all the rights, members and appurtenances to the said lot of land in any wise belonging to him and their own proper use and benefit and behoof, forever in fee simple. And the Said L J Lumpkin for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators, the said bargained premises together with the rights title and possession thereof unto the said Alfred Wyng his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other person or persons whatever. In Testimony Whereof, the Said L. J. Lumpkin hath hereunto Set his hand and affixed his seal, the day and Year first above written. Signed, Seal and delivered In presence of L. J.
