State of Georgia, Clarke County,
This Indenture made and entered into this 12th day of January in the year of our
Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Six between Geo. H. Hulme of the County of
Clarke State of Georgia Ga of the first part and Allie Crawford Gann of the
County of Clarke State of Georgia of the second part;
Witnesseth, that the said Geo. H. Hulme for and in consideration of the sum of
Four Hundred Dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents doth
grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said Allie Crawford
Gann his heirs and assigns, all that lot of land in said State and County, and
in the city of Athens, and being a part of the W.A. Carn’s land and described in
the Rail Road map of said land as lot  #37 and more fully described in a deed
from A.Crapper Atty  in first to John Harper   reference to said deed is hereby
made, said deed dated March 25th, 1885. Said lot land was divided to Geo. H.
Hulme by Jos. Harper August 27th, 1894
To Have And To Hold, the said described property together and singular all the
rights, members and appurtenances thereunto appertaining, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof him the said heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns, in Fee Simple; and the said Geo. H. Hume the said described property
unto the said Allie Crawford Gann, his heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns, against the said Geo. H. Hulme his heirs, executors and administrators
and against all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and
forever defend by virtue of these presents. 
	In Witness Whereof, the said Geo H. Hulme does hereunto set his hand and affix
his seal, and deliver these presents the day and year first above written.
