Wagnon? Beginning at a Dogwood & Standing on the east side of McNutt Creek, thence North 45 E thirty three chain to a red oak & there N 45 W to a post oak & thence South 45 W to a red oak & thence a straight line to the beginning Dogwood Corner. Together with all and Singular the premises and appurtenances to the said land belonging or in anywise appertaining thereunto, And this said John Bradley for himself his heirs and assigns, all and every person or persons whatever, claiming any right or title unto said land & premises Together with all and Singular the appurtenances to the same belonging, in fee simple?, to the said Stephen Crow his heirs and assigns do warrant and forever defend by there presents.
