Book G, Page 121, Dated March 25, 1805, recorded June 12, 1812: Richard Pounds of Clark Co., GA Travis George 200 acres, more loosely described, on Robertsons Creek beginning at a hickory corner, run Roberts line and their to extend to the meats Bayley Georges line and then to run Bagley line to the and around to the beginning, land from the grant to Thomas Walton. Book G Page 365, dated Sept 4, 1813 recorded Sep 19 1814: William Pounds and Molly Pounds, executors of Richard Pounds, confirm and complete the above sale of land. Note, this deed is signed William Pounds and Mary Pounds. Book K, Page 292, dated Nov 30, 1816, recorded Feb 19, 1817: William Pounds of Clark Co., GA to Henry Howze (the name is hard to read). 100 acres from the grant to Thomas Walton above, described as follows: Waters of Robertson Creek, beginning at a pine corner, running North 35 deg East to a hickory corner, then south 55 deg East 45 chains to a post oak corner, then South 35 degrees East to a Red Oak Corner, then N 55 deg West to the beginning, part of a survey originally granted to Thomas Walton. In an addendum to the deed, Elizabeth Pounds, wife of William Pounds, renounces all right of dower in this land. Book M, page 283B, dated Aug 2, 1823, recorded Aug 15, 1823: William Pounds and Mary Pounds, administrators, to Newman Pounds, 100 acres on Robertsons Creek, adjoining James Dickinson on one side and Travis George on the other, land originally granted to Josiah Walton.
