This Indenture made this twenty fifth day of December One Thousand and
Eight Hundred and Fifteen and in the Fortieth year of the Independence
of the United States of America between David Williby of the County of
Clark and State aforsaid of the one party and David Holliway of the said
county and state of the other party witness that for an in consideration
of the sum of one hundred dollars to me in hand paid by the said David
Holliway at or before the sealing and delivering of these presents is hereby
acknowledged and hath bargained, sold, and delivered, and do by these presents
bargain and convey a certain track of land beginning on Lamberts Spring
branch on a Red Oak Corner and the branch joining Lamberts Land, a Red
Corner thence on Meadows line to a red oak Corner the Wm Williby line to
a corner then on a straight line, joining Wm. Williby to the beginning
to get with all and sunder the (can^Òt read) of the aforesaid tract of land
containing fifty acres more or less with all the singular rights members
and appertainances thereunto belonging and the said David Williby himself
his heirs and asignees unto said David Holliway his heirs and assignees
forever in fee simple will waranty and defend the aforesaid land and against
all person or manner of persons whatsoever claiming said land or any part
of whereunto I the said David Williby have hereunto set my hand and seal
the day year above written
