GA - DEED: Williby to Holliway 1815 From: jim willoughby State of Georgia Clark County This Indenture made this twenty fifth day of December One Thousand and Eight Hundred and Fifteen and in the Fortieth year of the Independence of the United States of America between David Williby of the County of Clark and State aforsaid of the one party and David Holliway of the said county and state of the other party witness that for an in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to me in hand paid by the said David Holliway at or before the sealing and delivering of these presents is hereby acknowledged and hath bargained, sold, and delivered, and do by these presents bargain and convey a certain track of land beginning on Lamberts Spring branch on a Red Oak Corner and the branch joining Lamberts Land, a Red Corner thence on Meadows line to a red oak Corner the Wm Williby line to a corner then on a straight line, joining Wm.
