GA Willoughby/McRee Deed From: jim willoughby David Willoughby to James M McRee 1858 Georgia, Clark County This Indenture made this first day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Eight between David Williby of the County of Clark and the State of Georgia of the one part and James M McRee of the same place of the other part Wherewith: That the said David Williby for consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid at and before dealing and delivery of these presents, grants bargains and sell said James M McRee his heirs a parcel of land situate lying said being in the County of Clark and State aforesaid on the Oconee River, bounded on the North and East principally by said River, bounded on the South and Southeast and Benjamine McRees old place on the South and South East, containing three hundred acres more or less (handwritten and not readable) To have and to hold said land and parcel unto him the said James M McRee his heirs together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof, to the same in belonging to his and his heirs forever, benefit forever in fee simple. And the said David Williby for himself his heirs, excutors and administrators, the said bargained premises unto said James M McRee his heirs and assignees will Warrant and Forever Defend the right and title against themselves and against the claim of all other persons motives.
