George Willoughby - Lowe - Varner Deed Submitted by: jim willoughby Georgia Clark County Know all men by these presents that I George Williby of the State of Alabama given good causes to moving have ordered , constituted, and appointed and by these presents do make, constitute, and appoint John H Lowe of the State and County aforesaid my true and lawfull Attorney for me and in my name to Execute a good said lawful warrantee title to a certain tract of land in the County of Clark in said State being one fourth part of a track belonging to the Estate of William Willoughby late of said County, containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less which was laid off and assigned to me by petitioners appointed by the Superior Court of said County of August Term Eighteen Hundred and Thirty Four for a description said land lot of land will anon full appear by reference to that plot annexed to writ of partition, hereby and conforming whoever my said attorney may lawfully do in this provision. In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day of June 1835.
