According to canon the male members of Emanuel Parish met at twelve o'clock yesterday in the church, and elected the following officers for the ensuring church year. Senior Warden, C. P. Willcox; Junior Warden, Charles Morris; ve'try men: H. C. White, C. W. Parr, J. C. Hutchins, W. D. Griffeth, Pope Barrw, Sylvanus Morris, Frank Eppes, J. A. Benedict. The new vestry met immediately upon the adjournment of the meeting of the congretition, and elected the following officers: Treasurer, H. C. White; Secretary, Sylvanus Morris. The vestry then elected delegates to the Diacesan Convention as follows: C.P. Wilcox, B. H. Noble, and alternates as follows: C. H. Herty, Frank Epps, W. D. Griffeth.
