A native of Franklin County, Mrs. Bond was a daughter of the late Joseph and Sally Crowe Phillips and the widow of Charlie Bond. She was preceded in death by two stepsons, Howard Bond and Floyd Bond. She was a homemaker and a member of Riverside Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Riverside Baptist Church with the Revs. Herman Purcell and Chris LeCroy officiating. Burial will be in Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery. Willie Vinson Athens Willie Claude Vinson, 81, of 175 Mission Drive died Thursday, Jan. 2, 1997. Funeral services were Saturday at St. John's First Baptist Holiness Church with the Rev.
