Mr. Dooley was a son of the late Annie Mae Latner and the late William Dooley. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles White officiating. Burial will be in Toccoa City Cemetery. Survivors include three sons, William Hunter, Preston Dooley and Charles Dooley, all of Toccoa; two daughters, Samantha Arthur, Gainesville; and Edna Bryant, Philadelphia; a sister, Willie Sue Dixon, Toccoa; two brothers, Billy Latner, Toccoa; and Melvin Latner, Philadelphia; and five grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Moss-Stovall-Neal Funeral Home from 7-8 p.m. today. J. Donald Doster Winder J. Donald Doster, 60, of 745 Pentacost Church Road died Saturday, July 5, 1997. A native of Barrow Co., Mr. Doster was a son of Mamie Hazel Wallace Doster and the late Jewell Cecil Doster. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Chapel of Wise-Connolly Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Freeman officiating. Burial will be in the Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Bertha Doster, two brothers, Russell Doster, Statham; and Bobby Doster, Greensboro; and several nieces and nephews. The family is at the residence and will receive friends at the funeral home after 11 a.m. today. Ricky Herring Comer Ricky Leon Herring, 33, of Route 1, Box 431-1 died Friday, July 4, 1997. A native of Madison Co., Mr. Herring was a son of Willie Mae Russell Herring of Comer and Johnny Leon Herring of Bishop. He was of the Baptist faith. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. today at Vineyards Creek Baptist Church with the Revs. Ray Jenkins and William Anglin officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include a brother, Alan Herring, Danielsville; and two grandparents, Boyce Herring, Ila; and Joe William Russell, Comer. Howington was retired from the Air Force after 24 years of service and was a decorated Pearl Harbor survivor. He worked as a dispatcher for the Atlanta Gas Light Co. for another 23 years following his retirement. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Wages and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Stone Mountain with the Rev. David Harbin officiating. Burial will be in Marietta National Cemetery. Survivors include a brother, Ralph C.
