Dodd Winder Lois C. Dodd, 83, died Tuesday, Nov. 4, 1997. A native of Hall County, Mrs. Dodd was a daughter of the late Curtis B. and Maude Stewart Collins. She was married for 63 years and was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Gainesville. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. today at Smith Funeral Home with the Revs. Tom Plank and John Birchfield officiating. Burial will be in Barrow Memorial Gardens. Survivors include her husband, Green Dodd; three daughters, Bobbie Jean Dooley and Betty Jo Sorrells, both of Winder, and Wayne Vaughan, Gainesville; a son, Tyre Dodd, Bethlehem; a sister, Sara Adams, Jefferson; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Grayson Dunford Athens Retired Master Sergeant Grayson Mallory Dunford, 69, died Monday, Nov. 3, 1997. A native of Emanuel County, Master Sgt. Dunford was a son of Louise Dunford of Mulberry, Fla. He served in the Air Force for 30 years. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today in Mount Olive Cemetery, Polk County, Fla., with the Rev. Ronnie Moates officiating. Survivors, in addition to his mother, include two daughters, Patrica Wilson, Monroe, Conn., and Phyllis Gordon, Athens; a son, Grayson M. Dunford Jr., Bogart; a sister, Rita Hayman, Mulberry, Fla.; a brother, Ray Dunford, Plant City, Fla.; and nine grandchildren. Bridges Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pamela Geary Maysville Pamela Kay Davis Geary, 43, of 828 Silver Dollar Road died Tuesday, Nov. 4, 1997. A native of Muhlenberg County, Ky., Mrs. Geary was a daughter of Dulcie Faye Bates Loman of Sesser, Ill., and the late Danny Davis. She was a rehabilitation aide at BJC Nursing Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Hearn officiating. Burial will be in Grey Hill Cemetery, Commerce. A native of Clarke County, Mrs. Hubbard was a daughter of the late Lewis and Roberta Lane Barnett and the widow of John Hubbard. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. B.S. Jackson officiating. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at noon.
