A native of Greene County, Mrs. Daniel was a daughter of the late Allen and Cora Dunn Goss and the widow of Deacon Burnest Daniel. She was preceded in death by three children. He attended North Georgia College, Mercer University, Georgia State University and graduated from Emory Dental School in 1963, the same year he formed Hartwell Dental Associates.
