A native of Banks County, Mr. Crump was a son of the late John Wesley and Hepsie Simeons Crump and the widower of Polly Bennett Crump. He was a farmer and a Baptist. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Ginn Funeral Home with the Rev. Cranford Carnes officiating. Burial will be in Middle River Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include a daughter, Francine C. McCollum, Carnesville; two grandsons, John Thomas McCollum and Randy McCollum, both of Carnesville; and two great-grandchildren. The family is at the residence and will receive friends 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Howard Dasher Jr. Valdosta Howard Dasher Jr., 70, died Friday, Dec. 19, 1997. Mr. Dasher was the son of Mrs. Howard Dasher Sr. and the late Mr. Dasher. He owned the Dasher Pecan Co. until his retirement in 1991 and attended the University of Georgia. He was a member of First Christian Church and a former member of the board of directors of NationsBank, Citizens & Southern National Bank of Valdosta and the First Federal Savings and Loan Association. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Carson McLane Funeral Home with the Rev. William Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery. A native of Jackson County, Mrs. Freeman was a daughter of the late Robert and Beulah Hanson Lyle. She was a homemaker and a member of Galilee Christian Church.
