She was retired from Snyder Drug Co. and later worked for Wall Department Store and Hollingsworth Cleaners, both in Jonesboro, Ark., and I Do, I Do Bridal Center, Athens. She was a member of Huntington Avenue Methodist Church, Jonesboro, and attended Bread of Life Church, Bogart. She was a member of Athens Senior Center.
