A native of Stephens County, Mrs. Bachman was a daughter of Tecola Holbrooks Crowe of Toccoa and the late Clifford Crowe Sr. She was employed with Coats American and was of the Holiness faith. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Whitlock Mortuary with the Rev. Mark Murray officiating. Survivors, in addition to her mother, include two daughters, Deborah Ramey and Christy Renee Brown, both of Toccoa; a son, Justin Brown, Toccoa; a sister, Becky Hancock, Seneca, S.C.; two brothers, James Crowe and Clifford Crowe Jr., both of Toccoa; and two grandchildren. The family is at the residence of Tecola Crowe, Hilltop Lane, and will receive friends 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. today at the mortuary. Carl Farmer Sr. Lexington Carl Dean Farmer Sr., 60, of Route 2, Box 1712, Centerville Road died Monday, Sept. 22, 1997. A native of Oglethorpe County, Mr. Farmer was a son of the late Taylor Farmer and Bessie Shockley. He was a retired employee of the Department of Transportation and was of the Baptist Faith. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. Colon Duncan officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Union Point. A native of Barrow County, Mrs. Foster was a daughter of the late W.L. and Nancy S. Page and the widow of George W. Foster Sr. She was preceded in death by a son, G.W. Foster Jr. She was a homemaker.
