A native of Madison County, Mrs. Adams was a daughter of Blanche Watkins and the late John Willie Watkins and the widow of Burnie Jackson Adams. She was retired and was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Lord & Stephens Funeral Home West, Bogart, with the Revs. Bill Wood and Ray Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park. A native of Banks County, Mr. Andrews was a son of the late Viola Ward and Grover Cleve Andrews. He was retired after 40 years from the Banks County Road Department and was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Lamar Christian Church. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Lamar Christian Church with Mike Robertson and David Terrell officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A native of Poland and a resident of Athens for 11 years, Mrs. Kraszewska was a daughter of Mieczyslaw and Jadwiga Gajcy Okula. She was preceded in death by a son, Andrzej, and a granddaughter, Ola. He was an active Lions Club member, charter president of Winder Noon Lions Club, held many offices and was an active member of Georgia Lions Club, was chairman of Winder Housing Authority and was Barrow County Citizen of the Year for 1997. A native of Fry, Mr. Thomas was a son of the late John C. and Vadie Patterson Thomas. He was preceded in death by a niece, Wanda Brightwell, who lived in Athens. He was a veteran of World War II and served in India and China. He was retired from the Athens Division of Georgia Power Co., was a member of the Ambassadors and was of the Baptist faith.
