A native of Oglethorpe County, Mrs. Bryant was a daughter of the late Thomas Hutcheson and Anna Jane Quillian. She was a graduate of the University of Georgia with a master's degree in history and a fifth year degree in math. She taught history and math at Cave Spring High School for more than 30 years and was a member of Cave Spring Methodist Church, where was a member of the Ladies Sunday school class and taught Sunday school for more than 30 years, the Georgia and Floyd County Associations of Educators, Phi Beta Kappa, Cave Spring Garden Club and Keen Agers Club. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Cave Spring UMC with the Revs. Martha Smith, Tal Roberts and Dewey Bailey officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Frank Bryant; four daughters, Catherine Bryant Cox and Winifred Bryant Morrow, both of Cave Spring, Margaret Bryant Pruitt, Chattanooga, Tenn., and Lucy Beth Kole, Gainesville; a son, John Davis Bryant, Cave Spring; a sister, Francis Butts, Arnoldsville; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers and members of the Cave Spring UMC men's and ladies' Sunday school classes will serve as honorary pallbearers. A native of Wilkes County, Mrs. Campbell was a daughter of Elouise Sprowl of Dalton and Johnny Jones Sr. of Decatur. She was a member of Samaria Temple Church of God in Christ. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Marks Tabernacle Baptist Church with Elder Albert Finch officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery. A native of Madison County, Mrs. Dove was a daughter of the late Ezra and Sarah Campbell Booth and widow of Candler Dove. She was a homemaker and a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church, where she was a member of Sunshine Club and Faith Sunday school class. A native of Clarke County, Janna was a daughter of Loraine Flint and Terry Johnson of Athens. She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Willie H. Flint. Terry Hale Nicholson Terry Hunter Hall, 44, of 924 G.W. Wilson Road died Tuesday, April 7, 1998. A native of Richland, Mr. Hall was a son of Ann Bragg Hale Brown of King George, Va., and Bobby Hunter Hale of Plains. An Army veteran, he was a carpenter and an employee of the Atlanta Constitution. He was retired from Monroe Auto Equipment Co. where he worked on the packing department assembly line. He was of the Baptist faith. Gail Rucker Elberton Betty Gail Thomason Rucker, 53, of 2101 Anderson Highway died Wednesday, April 8, 1998. A native of Charleston, S.C., Mrs. Rucker was a daughter of Mabel Sanders Thomason of Elberton and the late Elmer C. Thomason. She was a homemaker and a member of Elberton Pentecostal Holiness Church, where she served as Sunday school teacher and president of the women's auxiliary. She served as a Pink Lady at Elbert Memorial Hospital for a number of years and was active in Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for the past 25 years. She served on the True Blue Board at the Elbert County Comprehensive High School and had coached in the Elberton Little League program. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Hicks Funeral Home with the Revs. Eddie Duncan and Steve Tatum officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park. He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Watson. He was retired from Toccoa Casket Co. and was of the Baptist faith.
