Thelma B. Dorsey Arnoldsville Thelma Bray Dorsey, 73, died Sunday Dec. 6, 1998. A native of Clarke County, Ms. Dorsey was a daughter of the late Albert R. and Dorothy Shannon Bray Dorsey. She was a graduate of the University of Georgia and was a retired elementary school teacher. She was one of the first female underwriters for Allstate Insurance Co. She attended Green Acres Baptist Church and was president of the Retired Teachers Association, Oglethorpe County. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, East, with the Revs. Ray Austin and Bryan Whitfield officiating. Survivors include a brother and his wife, Albert R. and Frankie Dorsey Jr., Franklin, Tenn.; a niece, Sandra D. Borentski, Stockbridge; two nephews, Albert R. Dorsey III, Brentwood, Tenn., and Frank E. Dorsey, Tallahassee, Fla.; four grandnieces; and one grandnephew. A native of Atlanta, Mr. Greene was a son of John Robert Greene Sr. and Penelope G. Andrews Rosser. He was an employee of Fairfield Century 21, Fort Mill, S.C. A native of McDuffie County, Mr. Hunt was a son of the late Amie LeRoy Hunt and Doris Lazenby Hunt and the widower of Hazel Patterson Hunt. He was a retired employee of Pet Milk Company and was a self-employed mechanic. He was a United States Army veteran and was a member of Goldmine Baptist Church. A native of Hart County, Mrs. Mouchet was a daughter of the late Michael T. and Lillian Sanders Fleming and the widow of Addison Lamar Mouchet. She was a retired employee of Lyman-Matheson Manufacturing, Toccoa, and was a former co-owner and accountant of Mouchet Manufacturing. She was a former member of Hill Street Baptist Church, Toccoa, was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church, Hartwell, and the Carolyn Brown Sunday School Class. Seawright Hartwell Mildred Gaines Seawright, 80, of 1046 Nancy Hart School Road died Tuesday, Dec. 7, 1998. A native of Elbert County, Mrs. Seawright was a daughter of the late Sanford Boswell Gaines and Lucy Amelia Haley Gaines and the widow of Thomas Clyde Seawright. She attended the Monroe Women's Academy and was a homemaker. She was a member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church, the United Methodist of Women and was a member of the Ladies Sunday School Class. Services will be 4 p.m. today at Cokesbury United Methodist Church with the Revs. Al Key, R.H. Seawright and John M. ''Dusty'' Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A native of Elbert County, Mr. Dubose was the son of Tom Bell Hester and the late Annie Sue Dubose Fortson. He was a professional photographer and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
