A native of Elbert County, Mrs. Beasley was a daughter of the late Martin A. and Lucy Oglesby Gaines and widow of Joe Cohen Beasley. She was a housewife and an active member of Antioch Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at Hicks Funeral Home, Elberton, with the Revs. David Shelley and Barry Mitchel officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park. Survivors include a daughter, Elizabeth Beasley Morris, Monticello; four sons, Joe Beasley, Carnesville, William M. Beasley, Gainesville, Wayne G. Beasley, West Point, Va., and Michael Beasley, Danielsville; a brother, Griff Gaines, Mapleton; and eight grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Ray Slay, Tim Slay, Stan Mills, Roger McCannon, Pete Harris and George Webb. The family is at 1212 Stinchcomb Road. Robert Dillard Athens Robert Dillard of 147 Savannah Ave. died Wednesday, April 8, 1998. A native of Oglethorpe County, Mr. Dillard was a son of the late Bob and Navada Dillard. He had lived in Athens for 35 or more years. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hill Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. William J. Harris officiating. Burial will be in Spaulding Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 1 p.m. Tuesday. Survivors include his wife, Mary Lee Dillard; two stepdaughters, Beulah Coleman and Antonette Taylor, both of Athens; a stepson, Anthony Myrick, Athens; a sister, Equlla Dillard, Athens; and a brother, Bennie Dillard, Athens. Winfrey's Mutual Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mary McGee Lavonia Mary Geraldine McGee, 61, of 198 Crest Circle died Wednesday, April 8, 1998. A native of Hart County, Mrs. McGee was a daughter of Alvina Feaster of Lavonia and the late Alton Feaster and widow of James McGee. She was a member of New Hope Full Gospel Baptist Church, Hartwell. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at New Hope Full Gospel Baptist Church with the Revs. T.L. Jackson and Bishop Feaster officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 2 p.m. Tuesday. In addition to her mother, survivors include four daughters, Brenda Campbell, Lavonia, Delisa Hill and Diane Ware, both of Hartwell, and Juanita McGee, Toccoa; three sons, James McGee and Jeff McGee, both of the home, and Donald McGee, Hartwell; three sisters, Rether Mayfield, Canon, and Rosezella Morrison and Evia Winkfield, both of Lavonia; two brothers, Charlie Feaster, Lavonia, and Bishop Feaster, Martin; and 20 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The body is at Mack's Funeral Home, Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. today. The family is at the residence. Gloria Wade Maysville Gloria A. Wade, 56, of 158 Hogan St. died Sunday, April 12, 1998. A native of Gainesville, Mrs. Wade was a daughter of Louise M. Clark of Gainesville and the late Collis J. Clark. She was an LPN and of the Baptist faith. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce. Burial will be in Sunrise Cemetery, Maysville. In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Tony Wade; two daughters, Erica Wade, Maysville, and Stacey Young, Gainesville; three sons, Adam Wade and Jason Wade, both of Maysville, and Randall Wade, Clarkesville; and a brother, Ronald (Leggs) Clark, Gainesville.
