Ridgeway Road died Monday, April 13, 1998. A native of Franklin County, Mr. Coker was a son of the late Herbert Lee and Nora Cordelia Mangum Coker and was the widower of Mary Gladys Seaman Coker. He was a retired electrician and of the Methodist faith. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Jackson Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Tim Bennett officiating. Jimmie Edwards Carlton Jimmie Ruth Edwards, 74, died Monday, April 13, 1998. Mrs. Edwards was a daughter of the late Ruth C. and Lester Watkins Sr. She was a homemaker. Evans, 81, died Sunday, April 12, 1998. Mr. Evans was a son of the late William E. and Darcus Jane Evans. He was a retired chemist at Rohr Aircraft and a Mason. He was retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation and a member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church. An Army veteran of World War II, he attended Albany State College for auto mechanics, was an active member of AMVETS Post 600, Prince Hall Masonic Lodge, and retired from Toccoa Casket Co. He was member of Union Grove Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, where he served as chairman of the steward board. Harold Dean Wiley, 78, formerly of Toccoa, died Saturday, April 11, 1998. Mr. Wiley was a son of the late J.D. and Cora Camp Wiley. He was a retired chief master sergeant in the U.S. Air Force with 30 years of active service, including during World War II, when he served as a radio operator on a B24. He was an ordained deacon and a member of First Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at First Baptist Church. Burial with military honors will follow in Beal Memorial Cemetery.
