A native of Elbert County, she was a daughter of the late James E. and Emma Gravius Tate. She was a homemaker and a member of the Elberton First Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at Berry Funeral Home with the Rev. Douglas Hilliard officiating. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today at Oconee Hill Cemetery, Athens. Rose Mauser Athens Rose Ann O'Buch Mauser, 89, of 190 Gentry Drive, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 1998. A native of Czechoslovakia, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph O'Buch and the widow of Burton Truman Mauser. She had lived in Athens for 22 years and was a retired hospital dietitian. She was of the Catholic faith. She was preceded in death by a son, James Mauser, and two grandsons, Ron Leach and Rob Leach. A native of Elbert County, Mr. Mullinax was a son of the late Claude Thomas and Clara Lee Hill Mullinax. He was a member of the Shoal Creek Baptist Church and attended the Lavonia Church of God. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a master Mason and a member of Lavonia Lodge 241, Free and Accepted Masons. He was a former textile worker with Collins and Aikman Co. and Milliken Corp., and a retired Lavonia Police Department radio dispatcher. He was recently employed at Lavonia Foods in Lavonia. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Lavonia Church of God with the Revs. Willard R. Fitzpatrick and Steven D. Hamby officiating. Burial with Masonic rites will be in the Lavonia City Cemetery.
