A native of Franklin County, Mr. Fowler was a son of the late Ezra E. and Livy Berryman Fowler and was preceded in death by sons Jerrald David Fowler, Larry Wayne Fowler, and Bobby Jason Fowler. He was a retired builder and served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the Bowman Church of God where he was a member of the Board of Trustees and Seniors Sunday School Class. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bowman Church of God with the Revs. Sam Cutshell and Leon Suttles officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Bowman. Survivors include his wife, Bessie Mae LaCount Fowler; a son, Paul Thomas Fowler, Dewy Rose; brothers Winfred Fowler, Danielsville; Lendon Fowler and George Fowler, both of Ila; Ray Fowler, Athens; and David Fowler, Loganville; sisters Lucille Dove, Eunice Chastain, and Evette Cleveland, all from Danielsville; two grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and one great-grandson. The family will receive friends 7-9 p.m Friday at the Pruitte Funeral Home, Royston. Marie Randolph Athens Marie Randolph, 87, of 220 Glen Haven Avenue, died Wednesday, August 19, 1998. A native of Clarke County, Mrs. Randolph was the widow of Nathaniel Randolph and preceded in death by a son, Luther Winfrey. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at Hill First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Benjamin G. Rivers officiating. Burial will be at East Lawn Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 1 p.m. Survivors include daughter-in-law Jessie Mae Winfrey, two step-granddaughters, one step-grandson, and a host of cousins, relatives and friends. Mutual Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Jerome Paul Smith II Lavonia Jerome Paul Smith II, 25, of 454 Brittany Harbor, died Friday, August 7, 1998. A native of Fulton County, Mr. Smith was a son of Jerome Paul Smith Sr. and Martha Barbar Smith of Decatur Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Faith Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dr. Joe Renfro officiating. Survivors, in addition to his parents, include a brother, Seth Smith, Decatur; a sister, Heather Smith, Decatur; grandparents, Sarah Barber, Dallas, and Mary Lee Smith, Austell. Acree-Davis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Priscilla Ann Ware Gainesville Priscilla Ann Ware, 38, of 815 Harrison Square, Apt. 11, died Monday, August 17, 1998. A native of Athens, Ms. Ware was the daughter of Charles Bailey and the late Avis Ware Evans. She was a 1978 graduate of Clarke Central High School and a member of Timothy Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, at Timothy Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry F. Hutchins officiating. Burial will be at the Robinson Cemetery. Survivors include a sister, Paula R.
