A native of Madison County, Mrs. Bagwell was a daughter of the late Loyce and Annie Mae Moon Scarboro. She was a homemaker and a member of New Bethel Holiness Church. She was married to the late Ralph Bagwell. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. today at Rose Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Kenneth Vanderford officiating. Survivors include one son, Rick Bagwell, Royston; one brother, Edsel Scarboro, Royston; and two grandchildren. Ruby Wells Fain Athens Ruby Wells Fain, 93, died Saturday, June 20, 1998. A native of Franklin County, Mrs. Fain was a daughter of the late John King and Minnie Lee Poole Wells. She was the widow of the late Wesley N. Fain. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Athens and retired from the Bell Telephone Co. after 25 years of service. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today at Oconee Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Jon Appleton officiating. Survivors include one niece and seven nephews. Floyd Toccoa Ernest Noah Floyd, 91, of 528 W. Tugalo St. died Sunday, June 21, 1998. A native of Franklin County, Mr. Floyd was a son of the late Sherman H. and Ida Bowers Floyd. He was retired from Coats & Clark after some 30 years of service. Mr. Floyd was married to the late Belle Fulghum Floyd. He was a member and deacon of Hill Street Baptist Church, the Mens Sunday school class, the Happy Age Fellowship, the 220 Fellowship of Ebenezer Baptist Church, the Friendship Club of the First United Methodist Church and the Monday Morning Coffee Club. Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Tuesday at Hill Street Baptist Church with the Revs. James Morgan and Jarrett Ragan officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery. A native of Greene County, Mrs. Rhodes was a daughter of the late Earl Wayne Overton and Maude Hallman. She was married to the late W.H. Rhodes Sr. Mrs. Rhodes was a lifelong member of the First Baptist Church, Union Point, the Lillian Aiken Women's Missionary Society, the Delta Kappa Gamma Society and a retired school teacher with over forty years teaching in Greene County. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. today at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. David Key officiating. Burial will be in Wisteria Cemetery. Survivors include one son, W.H. Rhodes Jr., M.D.; two sisters, Mamie Delle Maxwell, Danville, and Vesta Newton, Greensboro; two brothers, Macon Overton Sr., Dunwoody, and W.M.
