A native of Franklin County, Mrs. Addison was a daughter of the late Hiriam Roscoe and Mabel Love Stephenson LeCroy and was the widow of Doyle E. Addison. She was retired from Coats & Clarke after 36 years and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, where she was a former Sunday school teacher and had served as church clerk. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at Acree-Davis Funeral Home with Dr. Perry Bailey and the Revs. David Sosebee and Jewell Gaines officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery. Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Williams, Westminster, S.C., and Joyce Collins, Toccoa; three sisters, Sue Spears, Louise Crawford and Jean Bailey, all of Toccoa; two brothers, Bill LeCroy, Carnesville, and Steve LeCroy, Snellville; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. James Barber Watkinsville James Carl Barber, 90, of 4761 Hog Mountain Road died Sunday, July 26, 1998. A native of Banks County, Mr. Barber was a son of the late Lillie Morris Barber and was the widower of Gladys Tankersley. He was a retired farmer and a member of Living Waters Worship Center. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bernstein Funeral Home, Athens, with the Rev. Mitch Elder officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park, Athens. Survivors include two sons, James Barber Jr. and Marvin Barber, both of Watkinsville; a sister, Kate Hall, Maysville; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Biles III, 54, of Montadale Drive died Thursday, July 23, 1998. A native of Atlanta, Mr. Biles was a son of Herbert W. Biles Jr. and the late Robbie Hood Biles. He was a retired federal employee of the Bureau of Prisons, a Vietnam veteran and a retired Marine Corps gunnery sergeant. A native of Barrow County, Mrs. Vandiver was a daughter of the late Thomas Jefferson and Sarah Estelle Carson Vandiver and was the widow of Alfred Lewis Vandiver. She was retired from the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension Service and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary 9147 and Watkinsville First United Methodist Church, where she was a member of Laura O'Bryant Circle and the Adult Fellowship and served as church treasurer for many years. Zimmerman, 49, of 188 Cole Manor Drive died Thursday, July 23, 1998. A native of Bernie, Mo., Mr. Zimmerman was a son of Lloyd E. Zimmerman, Dexter, Mo., and the late Lena Clarke Zimmerman.
