A native of Shawnee Town, Ill. Mrs. Archer was a daughter of the late Roy and Grace Ledbetter Tucker and was the widow of Olan Archer. She was a member of Arc Habersham and of Cornelia First Baptist Church, where she was a member of Volunteer Sunday School Class and the Round Table. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at McGahee-Griffin Funeral Home with Dr. T. Logan Smith officiating. Burial will be in Yonah Memorial Gardens. Survivors include a daughter, Susan Archer, Cornelia; a brother, Pete Tucker, Atlanta; and a nephew. A native of Pell City, Ala., Mr. Evans was a son of the late William and Willie Hamm Evans and was the widower of Rosa Vann Evans. He was retired from Bethlehem Steel and was a member of The Spiritual Israel Church and Its Army, Cornelia. A native of Franklin County, Mr. Hall was a son of Martha Pinson Hall Cheek and the late John Marvin Hall Sr. He was a retired executive with Oxford Industries and was a former Rotary member. Prior to retirement he was active in community and civic affairs. He was a graduate of Lavonia High School and North Georgia College. He served in the military and was of the Methodist faith. A longtime resident of Clarke County, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Susie McCarty Strickland. She was the widow of Grady Fleeman and was retired from Thomas Textiles. Allan Hogan Jr., 54, of 121 Woodrow St. died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 1999. Mr. Hogan, a native of Clarke County, Ga., was the son of the late Mr. Boyce Allan Sr. and Kathryne Krumrine Hogan. He attended Gordon Military College in Barnesville, Ga. and graduated from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. He was the first four-year letterman in football at Western Kentucky and was All Ohio Valley Conference center and linebacker while playing there. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Athens and a longtime member of the YMCA. He will always be remember for his love for family and friends.
