A native of Walton County, Mr. Clack was a son of the late William Henry and Lula McElhannon Clack. He lived in Putnam County most of his life and was an honor graduate of Eatonton High School and Reinhardt College. He was a former president of the Eatonton Kiwanis Club, a charter member of the Putnam County Development Authority, and was co-owner and developer of Thunder Valley. He taught and called western square dance, was a member of First Baptist Church, and was a public accountant in Eatonton and Greensboro. Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, Eatonton, with the Rev. Bill Kitchen officiating. Burial will be in Eatonton Memorial Park. Survivors include his wife, Eunavie Tate Clack; a daughter, Gail C. Goodnam, Macon; a sister, Lois Hill, Eatonton; and three grandchildren. HEAD:Albert Eubanks Sr. SUBHEAD:Commerce Albert Eubanks Sr., 95, of 1015 Hoods Mill Road, died Friday, Sept. 3, 1999. A native of Banks County, Mr. Eubanks was a son of the late William and Fannie Nunn Eubanks, and was the widower of Sallie Mae Thompson Eubanks. He was retired from Blue Bell, and was a member of Beaverdam Baptist Church, Commerce. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Beaverdam Baptist Church Cemetery, Commerce, with Dr. Ray E. Richardson officiating. Survivors include five daughters, Jane Bare, Snellville, Rebecca Bennefield, Hampton, Imogene Seabolt, Commerce, Peggy Standridge, Stockbridge, and Mildred Wilson, Warner Robins; two sons, Albert Banks Jr., Taylor, S.C., and Billy Eubanks, Commerce; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. A native of Barrow County, Mrs. Anderson was a daughter of the late John Collins and Salley Wigley. She was preceded in death by a son, Wade Anderson. She was a textile worker for Jefferson Mills, and a member of Mount Pleasant Holiness Church. Services will be at 2 p.m. at Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, East, with the Revs. Chuck Tatum and Douglas Hammond officiating. Burial will be in Whitehall Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Walter E. A native of Oglethorpe County, Mrs. Boswell was a daughter of the late Wattie P. Smith and Pearl Mathews Smith, and was the widow of Dallas H. Boswell. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Wilda Marie Boswell and Edith Brooks. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Berry Funeral Home, Elberton, with the Rev. Phillip Hart officiating. Burial will be in Elmhurst Cemetery, Elberton. 'Ted' Middlebrooks SUBHEAD:Athens J.T (Ted) Middlebrooks, 93, died Thursday, Sept. 2, 1999. A native of Oconee County, Mr. Middlebrooks had lived in the Athens area most of his life. He was a son of the late William Guy and Evelyn Claire Stovall Middlebrooks and the widower of Emmie Bragg Middlebrooks. He practiced law in Athens and was a field supervisor for the State Board of Probation. He was a member of the Georgia Bar Association and a former member of the Athens Touchdown Club. He was a member of St. James United Methodist Church. Survivors include a son, Tom Middlebrooks, Athens; a daughter, Claire M. Weber, Highland, N.C.; four grandchildren, Holly Albright, Greensboro, N.C., Alfred Eldredge, Jupiter, Fla., Mary Greenwell, Miami, Fla., and Tom Eldredge, Meeteetse, Wyo.; and seven great-grandchildren. Graveside Services will be held at Oconee Hill Cemetery at 3 p.m. today, with the Rev. Kent Reynolds officiating. A native of Madison County, Mr. Coker was a son of the late Boyd and Mattie Sue Roberts Coker. He lived in the Athens area most of his life. He was a member of the New Covenant Worship Center, was an equipment mechanic at the University of Georgia, and was a veteran of the Korean War, having served in the U.S. Army. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Bridges Funeral Home, with the Rev. Howard Conine officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Coker; a daughter, Donna M. Hall, Hull; three sons, Don J. Coker, Hull, Donald McDaniel, Danielsville, and Donald J. A lifelong resident of Clarke County, he was a son of the late Jewell B. and Maybell Wallace Parham and was preceded in death by a sister, Blanche Parham Neill. Together with his brother, Harris, Mr. Parham started and operated Parham Food Market in 1949. He later organized Parham Realty, which he continued to operate for 30 years. He was past president of the Athens Board of Realtors, a member of Athens Investment Club and Athens Country Club. He was a supporter of the University of Georgia Student Foundation, a former member of the Touchdown Club, and an avid Bulldog fan. Mr. Parham was a lifelong member of Prince Avenue Baptist Church and the One Way Sunday school class. Funeral services will be 4 p.m. today at 4 p.m. at Prince Avenue Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bill Ricketts officiating. Internment will be in Evergreen Park. Survivors include his wife, Virginia Bailey Parham, and brother, J. Harris Parham of Athens, and a number of nieces and nephews.
