A native of Paulding County, Mrs. Baker was a daughter of the late George N. and Bertha Mae Gurley Wooddall and was the widow of Clarence M. Baker. She was retired from Cobb County Junior High School as a teacher. She was a graduate of Berry College and was a Coweta County Home Demonstration Agent in Newnan. Services will be at 11 am. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church, with the Revs. Glenn Doak and Joe Berry officiating. Burial will be in Oconee Hill Cemetery. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Dr. Joe Berry, Athens; and grandchildren, Heather B. and Tommy Standard, Athens, and Joseph Berry III and his wife, Danna Barnes, Athens. Sara Dickerson Booth Comler Sara Dickerson Booth, 79, formerly of Elberton, died Monday, April 5, 1999. A native of Elbert County, Mrs. Booth was a daughter of the late Dewy and Alice Adams Dickerson. She was preceded in death by a son, Virgil Booth. She was a homemaker and was a member of Vanna Methodist Church. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Berry Funeral Home, with the Rev. Robert L. Partridge officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Bowmar. Survivors include her husband, Henry "H.V." Booth; a son, Edwin Booth, Elberton; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A native of Hart County, Mr. Crump was a son of the late Joe Wallace Crump Jr. and Mary Cobb Crump. He was retired from Hartwell Golf Club and was a former member of the Hartwell Jaycees. He was a member of Nancy Hart Masonic Lodge 690, Yaarab Temple and Hartwell First Baptist Church.
