A native of White County, Mr. Adams was a son of the late Charlie Adams and Bertha Garmon Adams. He was a self-employed brick mason and a member of the Community Baptist Church in Madison County. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Community Baptist Church, Danielsville, with the Revs. David Strickland and George Pate officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Linda Diane Vickers Adams; a son, Donnie Adams, Powder Springs; a stepson, Kenneth Rolls, Glenville; a stepdaughter, April Rolls, Cartersville; a brother, Garnett Adams, Cleveland; and two sisters, Connie Tatum and Ruth Turner, both of Gainesville. Box 749, Danielsville, GA 30633. Paula Ann Brown Athens Paula Ann Brown, 46, died Wednesday, June 2, 1999. A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., Mrs. Brown was a daughter of the late Paul Brown and was the widow of Bernard Jenkins. She lived in Athens for the past two years, and she worked in sales. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Survivors include her mother, Elsie Brown, Atlanta; a daughter, Melanie Brown, Athens; two sisters, Milli Brown, Dallas, Tex., and Jeannette Magtalas, Freemont, Calif.; and two nephews. Bridges Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Sarah Rachel Lee Brown Elberton Sarah Rachel Lee Brown, 77, formerly of 107-B Auld Ave, died Thursday, June 3, 1999. A native of Hart County, Mrs. Brown was a daughter of the late Limmie Lee and Nettie Holmes Lee, and was the widow of Luther Bunyan "Bunkie" Brown. She was a homemaker, was retired from Elberton Manufacturing Company, and was a member of Northside Baptist Church, Elberton. She was preceded in death by a son, Chandler O. Brown. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. today at Berry Funeral Home, Elberton, with the Rev. David McConnell officiating. Burial will be in Elmhurst Cemetery, Elberton. Survivors include a daughter, Avanell B. Sheppard, Huntsville, Ala.; two sons, John C. Fowler Toccoa Thelma Lee Young Fowler, 79, of 756 Falls Road, died Friday, June 4, 1999. A native of Banks County, Mrs. Fowler was a daughter of the late Sam and Caldonia Bratcher Young. She lived most of her life in Toccoa and Stephens County, was a member of First Baptist Church of Toccoa, and a member of the Truth Seekers Sunday School Class. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Acree-David Funeral Home, Toccoa, with the Rev. Henry Fields officiating. Burial will be in Stephens Memorial Gardens. Survivors include her husband, Lewis V. A native of Gwinnett County, Mrs. Grant was a daughter of Dorothy Hay Scruggs, Lawrenceville, and the late Clark Scruggs. She had lived in Fairmont, N.C., before moving to Toccoa several years ago, was a homemaker, and was of the Methodist faith. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Roselane Cemetery, Toccoa. Survivors, in addition to her mother, include her husband, William P. "Bill" Grant; two daughters, Paula Barfield and Dorothy Grant, both of Jacksonville, Fla.; a son, Terry Grant, Toccoa; seven sisters, Daisy Stinchcomb, Riverdale, Mary Stewart, Toccoa, Ann Brand, Commerce, Helen Kirby, Cleveland, Dale Hanners, Pendergrass, Patricia Johnson, Lawrenceville, and Charlotte Harrison, Centerville; seven brothers, Bonnie D.
