A native of Downsville, La., Mrs. Bagwell was a daughter of the late J.R. and Lena Pardue Rush and was the widow of V. Jack Bagwell. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Gloria Jane Bagwell. She was former owner of Bagwell's Garden, was a graduate of Louisiana Tech, and was a member of Downsville Methodist Church. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Downsville, La., with the Revs. Gerald Mitton and Roger Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Downsville Cemetery. Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn Bagwell Mitton, Jefferson; two granddaughters, Miriam Taylor, Morgantown, Ky., and Susan Fouche, Jefferson; a grandson, Mark Mitton, Jasper; and seven great-grandchildren. A native of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, Daniel was a son of William Robert and Patricia Ann Holder Behrendsen. He was a student, and a member of the wrestling, football and track teams.
