Services were held April 12 at Walker Tabernacle Baptist Church with the Rev. R.L. Calloway officiating. Burial was in Southview Cemetery. A native of Clarke County, Mrs. Brown was a daughter of Evelyn "Jim" Taylor and the late Harold Taylor Sr. She was a retired licensed nurse. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Springfield Baptist Church with the Revs. B.S. Jackson and Mack Kenny officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 1 p.m. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
