A native of Madison County, Mrs. Burroughs is a daughter of the late Ozzie Crawford Evans and Jessie Mae House Evans and was the widow of Cleo Burroughs. She was a homemaker and was a member of Bethel M. Baptist Church. Services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Pruitte Funeral Home, Royston, with the Rev. Martin T. Coile officiating. Burial will be in Bethel M. Baptist Church cemetery. Survivors include a son, Allen O. Collins, Danielsville; two sisters, Thelma Fortson, Danielsville, and Laura Booth, Stone Mountain; two granddaughters. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. The family is at the residence of Allen O. Collins, 3492 Highway 191, Danielsville, and will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Benjamin Callaway Montgomery, Md. Benjamin Callaway, 87, of 11906 Seven Locks Road died Thursday, July 8, 1999. A native of Wilkes County, Mr. Callaway was a son of the late Alexander and May Julie Callaway and was the widower of Mary L. Butler Callaway. He was a retired machine operator. Services will be at 3:30 p.m. today at Cherry Grove Baptist Church, Washington, with the Rev. Ervin Norman officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include five daughters, Amy Jackson, Novella Oglesby, Catherine Gentrouw, Marie Callaway and Mary Carter; and four sons, Albert Callaway, John Callaway, Larry Callaway and Calvin Callaway. Davenport-McLendon Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements. Victoria Chinchar Hartwell Victoria Planisek Chinchar, 79, of 128 Falcon Drive died Wednesday, July 14, 1999. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Mrs. Chinchar was a daughter of the late Joseph and Ann Planisek. She was a homemaker and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Dan Toff officiating. Survivors include her husband, George Chinchar; a daughter, Cynthia Weber, Hamden, Ohio; two sons, Philip Chinchar and George Chinchar, both of Ohio; a sister, Lillian Yuko, Ohio; a brother, Edward Planisek, Ohio; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. A native of Maysville, Mr. Crane was a son of the late Jim and Ella May Presley Crane. He was retired from Westinghouse-ABB after 32 years of service. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Joe Parham Jackson The Rev. Joseph Connell "Joe" Parham, 85, of 274 Brooks Road died Thursday, July 15, 1999. A native of Union County, Mr. Parham was a son of the late Joseph B. and Nida Connell Parham and was the widower of Evelyn Lyle Parham. He was ordained a Baptist minister June 20, 1936. He was a 1936 graduate of the University of Georgia and was a graduate of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He served as pastor of churches in Clarkston, Cleveland, Tate and at First Baptist Church, Stockbridge. He was director of the Georgia Baptist Education Extension Program for 11 years. He was a member of Mount Vernon Baptist Church. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Haisten Funeral Home with the Revs. Eddie Roland, Thomas Morton and Terrence New officiating. Burial will be at 4 p.m. in Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Edward Bolen officiating. Reid, 66, of 2020 White Plains Road died Wednesday, July 14, 1999. A native of Hancock County, Mrs. Reid was a daughter of Lilia Hillsman Williams and the late Issac Williams and was the widow of Harvey Reid. She was retired from Reynolds Plantation and was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. Burial will be in New Battery Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors, in addition to her mother, include three daughters, Essie Brooks and Emma Jean Anderson, both of Atlanta, and Minnie Bassett, Detroit, Mich. a son, Freddie Williams, New York, N.Y.; nieces and nephews. The family is at the residence. Watts Funeral Home, Union Point, is in charge of the arrangements. Dr. James Bothwell Traylor Athens Dr. James Bothwell Traylor died Thursday, July 15, 1999. He was born in Augusta, Georgia, on April 8, 1915, the son of George Albert and Louise Bothwell Traylor. He graduated from Richmond Academy in Augusta in 1932, from the University of Georgia in 1936, and from the Medical College of Georgia in 1943. While at the University of Georgia, he was a member of Chi Phi Fraternity, Gridiron, and Biftad and was manager of the 1935 varsity football team. During World War II he served as a Captain in the U. S. Army Medical Corps. He completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology following the war and was in private practice in Athens from 1950 to 1977. He subsequently became pioneer physician and first Outpatient Medical Director of Athens Regional Medical Center's Nurse Midwifery Clinic, a position he held until 1996. Dr. Traylor served as Chief of Staff at both St. Mary's Hospital and Athens General (now Athens Regional), was a founding board member of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia, and was a member of the South Atlantic OB-GYN Association and the Medical Association of Georgia. He helped establish the Athens Neighborhood Health Center and was instrumental in the formation of Clarke County's Task Force on Teenage Pregnancy and Infant Mortality. He was on the Mental Health Board and served as a board member of the Athens Tutorial Program from its inception. He received a Physician's Physician Award from the Medical College of Georgia for 1983 - 1984, an Inspiration Award from the Athens Community Council on Aging in 1987, and the J. W. Fanning Humanitarian of the Year Award from Athens Regional Medical Center in 1993. He was honored by the local chapter of the American Heart Association in 1995. Dr. Traylor was a member of First Baptist Church, Athens City Club, Athens Country Club, and AOA Honorary Medical Fraternity. He is survived by his wife, Joanna Stegeman Traylor, their four children - Joanna Traylor Guy and John Bothwell Traylor, both of Athens, David George Traylor of La Grange, and Dorothea Traylor Hassell of Whiteville, North Carolina - eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church, followed by interment in Oconee Hill Cemetery. Pall bearers include Dr. Goodloe Erwin, Dr. James Green, Mr. William Millican, Mr. Hugh Macaulay, Mr. James Wilfong, Mr. Robert Carson, Mr. Tyus Butler, Mr. William Hartman, Mr. Cecil Johnson, Mr. Carol DeVore, Mr. Elbert Whitmire, and Colonel (U.
