A native of Wrightsville, Mrs. Archer was a daughter of the late Zeke and Rosa Mae Finch Archer. She was a private nurse assistant and was a member of Bethel Deliverance Temple Church. Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Bethel Deliverance Temple Church with Pastor Dorothy Craft officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 2 p.m. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery. Survivors include a daughter, Duewa Welsh, Athens; two sons, Damon Welsh, Athens, and Charles Welsh, Mass.; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A native of Oconee County, Mrs. Bailey was a daughter of the late Johnny Lord and Susie Connell Harper and was the widow of Fred E. Bailey. She was a nurse. Hall Collinson, died Tuesday in Venice, Fla. She was 84. Mrs. Collinson's father, Oscar S. Stauffer, was a founder of Stauffer Communications.
