A native of Bartow County, Mr. Vaughn was a son of the late T.L. Vaughn Sr. and Mae Morris. He was preceded in death by his brother, Eugene Vaughn and his nephew, Jeff Vaughn. He lived in this area for over sixty years and was a farmer and the owner/operator of Vaughn's Food Store. He was a member of Watkinsville First Baptist Church.
