A native of New York, N.Y., Mrs. Meltzer was the widow of Harry Meltzer. She was a retired elementary school teacher from the New York City Public School System and was a member of West End Temple, Belle Harbour, N.Y. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Bernstein Funeral Home with Rabbi Ronald Gerson officiating. Burial will be in Oconee Hill Cemetery. Survivors include a son, Richard Meltzer, Athens; and two grandchildren, Joshua Meltzer, Roanoke, Va., and Emily Meltzer, Athens. A native of Hall County, Mr. O'Kelley was a son of the late James Edward O'Kelley and Nora Faye Metz, and was the widower of Clara Mae Jones. He was a brick mason.
