Burnley Winder Sandra M. Burnley, 56, of 152 Hamilton Ave. died Tuesday, April 27, 1999. A native of Clarke County, Mrs. Burnley was a daughter of Clara Casper Morrow and the late Ralph E. Morrow. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Wise-Connolly Funeral Home with the Rev. John Jordan officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Survivors include two sons, Chris Jordan, Greer, S.C., and Charlie Jordan, Loganville; a sister, Juanita Estes, Grayson; a granddaughter, Megan Jordan, Greer; and two nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. The family will receive friends from noon-1 p.m. today at the funeral home. John K. Good Sr. Lula John Kenneth Good Sr., 79, of 575 Pritchett Road died Monday, April 26, 1999. A native of San Diego, Mr. Good was a son of the late John Israel and Ella Dice Peasgood. He was a retired Navy veteran. Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Evans Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Payne officiating. Burial will be in Jackson Memorial Park. Survivors include his wife, Helen Bolk Good; a daughter, Lori Good Braselton, Hoschton; two sons, John Good Jr. and Donald Good, both of Dawsonville; and a grandchild. The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. today at the funeral home. Warren F. Harrer Athens Warren F. Harrer Jr., 81, died Tuesday, April 27, 1999. A native of Williamsport, Pa., a son of the late Dr. Warren F. Harrer Sr. and Estelle Zimmerman Harrer Brass of Crystal River, Fla. He attended Bucknell University where he majored in finance and the University of Florida where he majored in real estate. After college he started his business career, in the late ments in Sears Retail Stores. In 1952 he married his second wife, "Betty" and moved to Florida where he was employed by Mason Mortgage Co. in Jacksonville to set up and manage a home improvement loan company. In 1960 he was employed by a group of bankers to start a mortgage company to finance low cost homes in 16 southeastern states-President of All-Florida Mortgage Co. (Home Mortgages in Florida), U.S. Finance Co. (Mobile Home and Shell Home Financing in the 16 states), and Vice-President of Dixie Acceptance Coro (Home Improvement Financing in the Southeast). In 1969 he was hired by Republic Mortgage Investors in Miami as their property manager to complete construction and liquidate distressed commercial properties located from Florida to New York State. In 1981 Republic was acquired by Oppenheimer and, rather than move to New York City, he took retirement, moving to Athens where he purchased 60 acres in the city limits and built Highland Greens, a manufactured Home Community, that he operated until a few years ago when he sold, due to his wife's illness. He was on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Manufactured Home Association and on the Board of the Georgia Manufactured Home Association. He was a life member of the Elks. He was a member of the Society of Fee Appraisers, the institute of Real Estate Management, was a real estate broker, a mortgage broker and a registered appraiser in Florida. He was married 44 years to Irene "Betty" Grier of Reading, Pa. He is survived by a son, Max W. Harrer, West Palm Beach, Fla. A granddaughter, Kristin at the University of Michigan. A stepdaughter, BarbaraAnn Kresge Thomas of St. Louis and her two sons, and an adopted daughter, Janice Crowther. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Bernstein Funeral Home. Johnson Hull Robert Addison Johnson, 85, of 199 Piedmont Road died Sunday, April 25, 1999. A native of Madison County, Mr. Johnson was a son of the late Lewis A. and Moena Stovall Johnson. day at St. Mary's Baptist Church with the Revs. Stephens Hall and William Jennings officiating.
