A native of Springfield, Mo., Mrs. Anderson was a daughter of Roscoe and Velma Daniel Choate. She was employed by Bell Food Stores. Ola Bell Arther Jefferson Ola Bell Arther, 93, of Skyline Drive, died Thursday, May 27, 1999. A native of Jackson County, Mrs. Arther was a daughter of the late T.O. Roberts and Nancy Roberts Porter and was the widow of Hoke Arther. She was a graduate of Martin Institute and taught school. She was retired from Jefferson City School lunchroom and was a member of Apple Valley Baptist Church. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Jackson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Gerald Mitton officiating. Burial will be in Apple Valley Baptist Church cemetery. Survivors include a sister, Nell Robert s, Jefferson; nieces and nephews. Percy Davis Atkinson Jr. Eatonton Percy Davis Atkinson Jr., 76, of 130 Collis Restaurant Road, died Tuesday, May 25, 1999. A native of Morgan County, Mr. Atkinson was a son of the late Percy Davis Atkinson Sr. and Fannie Lou Adames. He was an electrician. Services were Friday in Brownwood Baptist Church cemetery. Survivors include a daughter, Jeanette Grant, Georgia; four sisters, Nellie Otelia Lee, Douglasville, Laura Anderson-Abney, Goose Creek, S.C., Fannie Gertrude Overall, Ladson, S.C., and Emily A. A native of Gainesville, Mr. Bradley was longtime resident of Barrow County. He was a retired electronics specialist and was a member of Carl Baptist Church. A native of Laurens County, Mr. Drew was a son of the late John Raiferd and Gertrude Melinda Harris Drew. He was a graduate of Dublin High School and Georgia Souther College, Statesboro. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and was a recipient of a Purple Heart. He was retired from Georgia Industrial Institute where he was a diagnostic supervisor for 20 years and was employed with the state of Georgia for a total of 30 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Cornelia, where he was a member of the Men's Bible class. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Whitfield Funeral Home, Baldwin, with the Rev. T. She was retired from Coats & Clark and was retired from catering weddings after 30 years. A native of Hart County, Mrs. Rucker was a daughter of Annie Mae Beeks of Hartwell and the late Harold Beeks Sr. She was preceded in death by a son, Byron R. Rucker. Claude Tuck Winder Claude Tuck Jr., 83, died Thursday, May 27, 1999. A native of Clarke County, Mr. Tuck was the widower of Bernice Pool Tuck and Julia Brown Tuck. He was preceded in death by a son, James Claude Tuck. He was a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He moved to Winder in 1946 to join his father-in-law in the clothing business, J.C. Pool Co. He was a veteran of World War II and was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Winder Kiwanis Club. He was the first president of Barrow County Chamber of Commerce. Services will be at 4 p.m. today at First United Methodist Church, with the Revs. Larry Rary and Susan Carse McLocklin officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Sara Gilmore Thompson Tuck; three daughters, Jane Wood, Covington, Priscilla Kelly, Niceville, Fla., and Elizabeth Hayden, Houston, Texas; a son, David Q.
