A native of White County, Mr. Dorsey was a son of the late Ollie and Dollie Byrd Dorsey. He was retired from J-M Poultry Co. and was a member and deacon of St. Johns Baptist Church. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at St. Johns Baptist Church, with the Revs. Franklin Winters and Billy Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in Mount Yonah Cemetery. Survivors include: two sisters, Alma Dorsey Caldwell, Cleveland, and Mary Dorsey, Atlanta; and two brothers, Henry Dorsey, Twinberg, Ohio, and Walter Carl Dorsey, Decatur. The family is at the residence and will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at Moss-Stovall-Neal Funeral Home. Rufus A. Frady Toccoa Rufus A. Frady, 89, of 1312 Leatherwood Road, died Thursday, Jan. 28, 1999. A native of Stephens County, Mr. Frady was a son of the late Julius Welborn and Ida Carver Frady and was the widower of Dora Edmonds Frady. He was preceded in death by a son, Ralph Frady. He was retired from LeTourneau Company and was a member and deacon of New Hope Baptist Church, where he taught Sunday School. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Acree-Davis Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Sosbee officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery. Survivors include: two daughters, Stella Stowe, Greenville, S.C., and Louise Hodge, Midlothian, Va.; a son, John Frady, Madison, Ala.; nine grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Roswell L. Gatchell Athens Roswell L. "Roy" Gatchell, 86, of 105 Greenwood Drive, died Friday, Jan. 29, 1999. A native of Atlanta, Mr. Gatchell was a retired businessman. He most recently held the position of Archives Director for the University of Georgia Athletic Department, where he collected and cataloged University of Georgia athletic memorabilia. He attended Boys High, Atlanta, and graduated from the University of Georgia. He was a veteran of World War II and was a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, with the Rev. Eddie Ard officiating. Burial will be in the Oconee Hills Cemetery, Athens. Sims, 57, of 2468 Apple Valley Road, died Thursday, Jan. 28, 1999. A native of Jackson County, Mr. Sims was a son of Ina Booth Sims, Commerce, and the late Lamartine C. Sims. He was a business graduate of North Georgia College and served in the U.S. Army. He was a cattle farmer and worked with Singer Corporation, Goldkist and the U.S. Postal Service. He was a member and past deacon of Apple Valley Baptist Church and was a member of Hudson Lodge No. 294 F&AM. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Apple Valley Baptist Church, with the Rev. A native of Bell County, Tx., Mr. Tims was a son of the late Robert Lee and Maggie Henderson Tims and was the widower of Louise W. Tims. He was a computer technician with Graphic Composition and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Central Baptist Church.
